Production time line
- Most of our painted products are made to order every week Usually on Thursday depending on atmospheric conditions. We try our best to be on schedule however delays can occur.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with our time line and at times we may actually send out your product earlier then our typical timeline when our orders for the week are fewer in number.
- Our products are packed with care and shipped out after they are cured which is usually on Wednesday of the following week. Please keep in mind that all of the painted products are custom ordered and therefore there is lead time before completion and shipment. The method we use is first class mail USPS which can take between two to seven days to reach you.
Your order has not arrived
- Having an order that has not arrived can be frustrating especially when you were expecting it. Please have patience as sometimes orders can run late especially if you live in a rural town. If after seven days you do not receive your order please contact us and we will take it from there to help you.
Defective or Missing order
- Having a defective product is unfortunate. The solution can be a simple or one that requires other measures to assure your satisfaction. Each issue is handled on a case by case bases and we may ask you to send the product back for correction or replacement. If you experience a problem please contact us immediately though Email email@example.com and we will try and have you sorted out ASAP.
- Our painted products are carry a warranty of 15 days from when you receive your order. This is to ensure that you received the product and there is no defects or installation issues. We would like to offer a longer warranty period but because of the nature of paint and how it may be mishandled this has been our policy. All of our other non painted products have a 30 day warranty.
